Fear, the Ego, and the Darkness Within

One of the basic precepts that the majority of spiritual teachers and Light Workers embrace to follow the Spiritual Path, to live the Spiritual Journey is that one MUST learn to recognize and release fear.

The nature of the human being is one whose root is a spiritual presence.  Each spiritual presence is separated from the whole and deposited, if you will, into a human form.  This hugely transformational process is tapered somewhat, but by the third year in the body the spiritual presence is fully inserted in the human form and all connections to the Creator appear to be eliminated.

This creates the reality of The Separation and these now-humans undergo varying stages of trauma.  The degree and level of the trauma are all dependent upon the family one has been deposited into.  If one is surrounded by Love and Acceptance then the trauma is lessened because one is still actively receiving Love.  For those individuals who were placed in families that are dysfunction the trauma will be greater for the separation from the Love of the Creator will be even more pronounced.

The Ego is a construct that provides support to the human in this world; it is connected to the fight or flight mechanism and helps to ensure that the spiritual presence survives. That is all the ego does – it does not add beauty and grace to the individual nor does it provide enlightenment, knowledge, or peace.  It is a construct that helps one to survive so the longer one lives, the deeper hold this construct has on the human personality that houses it.

To release the ego sounds simple, but imagine giving a fully grown cat a bath.  A cat who has never had a bath before.  Imagine taking that cat and plopping it in the perfect temperature water – just warm enough – and using a soap designed to not irritate the cat’s eyes or skin.  You have towels set up to immediately wrap your darling in as soon as all the soap has been removed.  You are ready.  You have prepared fully to give your cat the best experience possible.  And what happens?  The cat freaks out, claws the crap out of you and every object it can reach from the bath, yowls and raises such a fracas that your neighbors think you are sacrificing it to Satan, and you can barely get any soap on the darn thing before you give up and just wrap it in the towels to calm it the heck down when the cat claws its way out of said towels and runs to hide under some piece of furniture that has tons of dust bunnies underneath.  Score card reads cat = 1 and you = 0.

This descriptive is what happens every time a human attempts to release the hold the Ego has on it.  The Ego’s desire for its perception of survival will bash you all over the place that you would think it was Satan itself trying to punish you.  So what’s the point then? The point is to comprehend to release the Ego that instigates the fear within you must take tiny steps.  You must recognize what is you and what is not you and through that developing understanding slowly ease yourself out of the influence of the Ego.  This process will take years of heavy duty work.  YEARS.  Not weeks, not months, but years.  See cat reference above if you start to wonder why and visit it as often as needed to shift your perspective.

The Ego is an energetic construct, yes.  The Ego is an energetic construct that was designed to help each tiny human survive regardless of the emotional trauma received.  It does not correct the trauma – it is just the first internal support device you encounter.  In a perfect world (which does not exist) the ego would fade into the background as the loving home and family provided you with the support system to develop your own personality in a non-judgmental environment.  Again – this is perfect world scenario.

For the vast majority of us, our Ego has become a twisted, malfunctioning piece of us that does not fully recognize that is NOT US.  It believe that it knows what is best for us; at the same time it understands that should WE change the definition of “best for us” that its’ own survival is at stake.  So it fights to survive because a) it does not understand that what it truly has become is hurting us, and b) it does not have emotions so it does not care if its actions DO hurt us.  Again, dealing with a cat receiving a bath it does not want.

So why does it not just fade away?  What function does it fulfill?  One thing the Ego does, is bury our wounds and repress the negative emotions we carry within us.  While on the surface this might seem a good thing, the reality is when emotions and wounds are buried humans cannot heal them and grow from the experiences.  It is like amnesia – you have a vague feeling that something might have happened to you, but you cannot recall what it was or the circumstances around it.  Thus, the wounds stays present within you, active but buried, hidden through your unconsciousness of the memories, yet you need to heal them.

Why is healing them so important? As you live your life, from the time you arrived, deposited in the baby form, you experienced a variety of emotions, and many stemmed from emotional situations you encountered.  The negative situations – often inflicted upon us in the beginning by our own family members – emit a vibration to draw your attention to them to provide you with an opportunity to heal them.  These vibrations correlate to negative emotions, such as sadness, anger, or self-hatred etc.

Every day humans experience emotions all day long and as a child you were fumbling your way into understanding what the emotion was.  The true challenge was that you did not have a perspective to balance out the emotion you were experiencing; you had nothing to tell yourself that what you were experiencing was momentary, that everything was going to be ok, that disappointment is not the end of the world, etc. – the same things you tell yourself as an adult when you deal with situations beyond your control.  But through the years from baby to adult you have to learn these things, painful step by painful step.

And along the way, the Ego buried what it could, to try to protect you through its warped idea of fulfilling its role to protect.  So – every time you had a situation result in an emotional wound that was not healed, it was muffled, or buried by your Ego.  Try now – try to think back when you were two years old – what do you remember?  Do you remember being put down by your parents into a crib and told to go to sleep when all you wanted was for them to hold you?  Do you remember being hungry and waiting to be fed for what seemed like an eternity?  As an adult you might rationalize these experiences and say you were not harmed by them, but I say yes, yes, you did experience harm in that you had an emotional need that was not recognized, met, or ultimately healed. And for some individuals, their wounds are much deeper than these simple examples.

Unmet emotional needs are wounds within that transition into issues such as lack of self-worth, lack of self-esteem, inability to show emotions or to show others love and compassion.  We are emotional beings – that is how humans are designed – and when we are not functioning appropriately then we are dysfunctional and that dysfunction needs to be addressed.

If we do not address dysfunction immediately, then we will have opportunities to address them in the future.  One way this is done is by having the same experience repeated so the wound is brought to the surface for you to recognize and address.  Within family situations this is extremely common.  If your brother gets more attention from your parents because he is the first born and you don’t, then you will repeatedly experience the pain you feel from this favoritism until you learn that your parents’ inability to show you both love equally is not a reflection upon you, it is a reflection upon their dysfunction.

Learning this means reaching a deep level within you and allowing the healing to take place.  It does not mean that you stop at just saying it over and over to yourself, though that is often the first step in the process for many people.  You have to dig in and uncover all those old wounds that have been covered up and then you have to allow the healing to take place. Healing may start at a counselor’s office to help you recognize what requires attention, but a counselor cannot heal you – only you can heal yourself.

To truly heal this situation you must uncover it at the root level.  So you may revisit this wounds many times in the process to obtain the root level.  Once you obtain the root level it must be healed just as the other levels were healed.  Healing takes place when you are able to change the emotional vibration from the wounded state to a balanced and healthy state.  To do this, you must offset the pain with Love and that Love must come from inside you.  It does not need to be your own personal love because, quite frankly, in a wounded state you don’t have that much Love to heal it.  You must go within and make contact with your spiritual presence, your High Self, and allow that energy to flow within you.

This reconnection with your High Self takes work – you don’t just flip a switch – and is often best done in a meditative state where you clearly state you want your High Self to assist you with healing this wound.  You can also call upon the Angelics of Light to also channel energy into you to facilitate healing.  They are beings of pure Love – it is the only state of being they know – and are excellent and sharing their Love for you with you.  But if you are not comfortable with that for any reason, then focus on reconnecting with your High Self and ask for help to heal.

The healing process is unique for each individual and unique for each wound.  I can guarantee you that you will eventually heal if you use this process, but you will go through a myriad of emotions to obtain that healing and some of those emotions will not be pleasant.  You will not be filled with Joy during the process – it will be exhausting and you may feel terrible throughout the process, but you must have fortitude and push yourself through the discomfort for only then will you get to that root level.

You are not the first person to go through this process.  You won’t be the last.  But every time you give up and say, “this is too hard” you will have to revisit that wound until you no longer feel any pain or discomfort.  How will you know when it is healed?  When you no longer feel any emotional response to the situation except for Peace.  You look at your brother and you have no anger or jealousy towards him nor do you harbor anger or resentment towards your parents.  You will no longer notice when the same scenario is played out by others in front of you.  You feel nothing but Peace regarding that situation. When you feel Peace then you will know that particular wound is healed.

This sounds somewhat simple, though emotionally draining.  The truth is a bit more convoluted that this.  As we stated above, every wound you experience that is not addressed emits a vibration to draw attention to it for healing purposes.  This vibration is noticed by others.  Empathy is a Gift that some people possess that allow the person to feel others’ emotional wounds.  Many Empaths, also called Sensitives, are drawn to Light and Energy healing practices to facilitate others’ healing experiences.  Utilizing an energy practitioner can be a great way to start your healing process, so look for someone you feel comfortable with before allowing someone to work on you.  thespiritualmentor.org has outlined some guidelines to help you select a practitioner.

In addition to Empaths and sensitives, the vibration emitted is recognized by various types of Dark Beings.  Your wound emits a particular vibration which then attracts detritus and demons designed to pick up that particular vibration.  This is the way they are designed – it is not random.  They don’t just float by and say, ooh, there’s that girl whose mother came to Mother/Daughter Day at school when you were 8 years old and showed up drunk and embarrassed you.  They are attracted by the vibration emitted by the wound they are attuned to through their design.  Believe me – there are thousands upon thousands of different demons and they each are attuned to an emotional resonance emitted by humans. It is part of the duality that exists on the Earth Plane.

The crazy part is that you have not one demon, but potentially thousands of demons attached to each wound within you.  As soon as the wound occurs you will attract a demon’s attention.  If it does not feel Love healing the wound, it will work its way through your energy fields and find where the wound is resonating and grab hold (in very simple terms).  The demon’s purpose is multifold.  Because of the nature of our reality being a duality, one purpose it has is to help you identify issues that need healing.  So as long as you emit emotions you will have demons attached to you.  These demons act as an amplifier, in simplistic terms, and then broadcast your emotional wound out even further. This amplification thus triggers in others either a) a recognition of their own wound (see Mirror Effect), or b) they trigger behavior in others to enact their version of the wound on you so that you have the opportunity to recognize the wound for what it is and take measures to heal it.

Have you ever wondered, “Why does this keep happening to me?  What have I done to deserve X?  Why does every boyfriend, girlfriend, friend, etc. do X to me?”  They do this because you have wounds that need healing and you need to step up and start getting your personal work done now.

If you don’t, if you choose to allow your emotional wounds to go untended, one of two things will happen – and neither of them are good for you.  The first is that your body will start shifting into a state of dis-ease and malfunctioning.  The reason this happens is simple – the energy that used to flow through your body and keep it in a perfect state is now tied up with masses of negative energy suspended within your chakras, your energy fields, and all the energy pathways.  These masses can block the energy flow completely or they may simply suck up so much energy that there is nothing to nurture the physical form itself.

When this happens, disease happens.  Cancer happens.  Organ failures happen.  Sexual dysfunction happens.  Imbalances occur because your main supply of energy for the human body has drained down to a trickle instead of the river it should be.  Have you ever seen a land where it used to be verdant but is not a desert?  That desert is your body, deprived of the energy it needs to thrive and grow.  By addressing your wounds, you release things that are sucking up your energy.  Every wound that is healed releases the energy it was sucking up and that energy returns back to you for your use.  The more you release the better your physical form will respond and slowly you may have the resources to reverse your state of dis-ease.

In some cases you may feel that you just cannot dig into that wound because it is just too painful. Trust me when I say that wound is killing you.  I had a client many years ago who was suffering from ovarian cancer.  The doctors had removed what they could but her prognosis was grim.  I sat with her for a while and spoke to her about the wounds that were present within her second chakra and tied to her first chakra.  These wounds still had a chance to heal, and the Angels told me she still had the opportunity to reverse the situation and live for many more years.  She looked at me and said, “No”.  She refused to consider digging into her wounds because the trauma was too great for her.  She would not even consider the idea of just meditating with the Angels to allow the opportunity to heal because she felt that if she did the person who had hurt her as a small child would “win”.

I honestly don’t know where her thought processes came from, but by not reclaiming her power through healing herself “he” did not win – the wound won.  She died less than six months after I saw her.  This lesson came to me relatively early in my career of doing this Work and it saddened me greatly, for she left behind a spouse and children who would have benefited in some way by her being here longer.  It was her choice, though, so I never argued with her – it was her right to make her choice regardless of what my opinion was. Will this happen in every case?  No, not everyone dies from their wounds within, but everyone’s health is impacted by them.

The second scenario is possession.  The more wounds you have, the higher number of demons and detritus and other Dark Energies you bring inside of you, and your possession percentage goes up.  The average human adult in America walking around today averages around 73% possession level.  Many are above that level, but that is a very accurate percentage rate. What does that percentage rate mean, exactly?

The higher the percentage rate, the more you have abdicated your personal power to demons you have accepted within you.  The demons who are attached fulfill their designed purpose, but they also have survival instincts.  It is better for them to survive if they are attached to you, so they will manipulate and lie to you to obtain as secure as possible an attachment to you and your energy.  This can take many forms, but the higher the percentage of possession one has, the more self-destructive their actions go.  In many cases the demons will convince the individual to take actions that will drive away friends and families.  This ends up creating a sense of isolation where the demons will then tell the individual that they do not need anyone – they are fine just on their own.  So the person will say ugly things to others and will do things that earlier in their life they would not do – or at least would not do without a good reason.

One of the most common situations I see when dealing with individuals possessed is that the person because untrustworthy.  They tell so many lies that no one can believe anything that they say.  Even close friends and family members will eventually stop associating with the individual unless forced to do so.  Interventions do not generally work with this person because he has the voice in his head telling him that he is doing everything “right” and that everyone else is working against him, or trying to hurt him.  He has believed the voice in his head for so long he does not recognize that it is a voice separate from him, that it is not truly a part of himself and he definitely does not believe that this voice would be lying to him or trying to hurt him.  So he chooses to listen to this voice (possibly one of many he hears) and rejects those who are trying to help him for he does not need their help.

Sometimes the situation the person lives in is very dysfunctional.  Behaviors that are not tolerated in many social environments take place within this person’s life daily and he or she does not recognize that life could be very different.  Drugs, alcohol, physical and emotional abuse are all part and parcel.  They do not recognize that they have self-love, self-worth, and self-value issues.  This is just the way life is, they tell themselves and it is only because other people have more money that their life seems different.

Whenever a person relies more heavily on the lies the demons tell them their possession level increases, the percentage rate increases.  In the example above, where the person’s family and friends tried to help, the demons influence would jump as soon as the person trusted the demons instead of friends and family.  This could easily take someone from an 85% influenced rate up to a 95% rate.  Once you get past 95% influence rate you are entering the full body possession level.  This is where the demon actually pushes aside the “person” and takes control of the body to do with as it wishes.

For many years I have noted that there has been an increase in trials where the defendant claims they did not do something, they had no memory of them hurting or killing someone so it could not have been them at all.  Yet somehow there is a video from a surveillance camera or from a cell phone showing the person doing terrible acts to someone.  This is what can happen when the demonic influence rate is that high.  Will the demons leave the person once they go to jail?  No…They are so enmeshed with the person that the only way they will leave is when the person approaches death. At that point, they will start to detach and find a new host so they can continue on.

These are all examples of situations I have personally dealt with – these are real experiences that I know happen all the time, every day, all over the world – not just the US.  My blueprint design is such that I can look at a person and give you the exact number of demons and detritus attached to that person as well as what kinds of demons etc. are attached to him or her.  I have a unique set of skills developed from my Gifts and Abilities to work with individuals who have these deep emotional wounds, covered by demons, and help them on their road back to healing and to the Light.  I am shunned by many in the Light Worker community because it is more convenient and easier for them to just push a mantra, a meditation, a book telling someone to “do this” and everything will be fine than it is to face the reality that is our duality on this planet.

Yes, it can be very scary.  For some people with severe religious indoctrination it is terrifying for them to consider that demons exist.  But everything has a purpose and a reason to be as it is – including demons. I am not afraid of demons; I have a healthy respect for what they are and what they can do, but I know how to protect myself against them.  Not everyone is meant to do this work – there are very few people who have the abilities to do this work in general and I have not met anyone alive who can do the Work I do, regardless of what they call themselves.

Take away from this – the simple fact that everyone has demons, demons are attached because of emotional wounds within you, and when you heal the wounds the demons don’t have a way to attach to you anymore.  This is good.

Now – how ready are you to get to work on yourself?  It’s all up to you now.
